About the position

As a Service Advisor at Bilia, you will play a central role in customers' experience of their service. You will be the link between the customer and the workshop, and your task will be to ensure that each customer receives professional and personalized service. Your main responsibilities include scheduling services and repairs, receiving customers, advising on service measures, and handling invoicing and follow-up.

Qualifications

• Driving license B manual
• Experience with phone and computer as work tools, MS Office
• Good knowledge of Kobra, Automaster, WinAssist, Elsa or equivalent systems.
• Experience in the role of Service Advisor or similar work
• Knowledge of CABAS, spare parts, or warranty handling is an advantage.
