As a Customer Success Manager, you will…

...be the face of SimpleSign! You will be the first point of contact for our new customers to get trained on the platform. Trainings take place both digitally and on-site with customers. You will also support our existing customers via phone and chat.

Since you are a solution-oriented person, you will gladly come up with suggestions on how we can continue to develop and improve. You have experience collaborating with both sales departments and development teams. 

This position is for you who are passionate about wow-service and long-term customer relationships. We are looking for someone who has:  

• At least 1 year of experience in Customer Success/ Customer Service / Technical Support
• A knack for technology and various digital tools
• Good communication skills
• Pedagogical and positive attitude
• Skilled in writing and creating editorial content
• Stress-resistant and enjoys juggling multiple tasks
