We are looking for a dedicated and caring personal assistant for a cheerful and lively woman in her 50s who lives in her own apartment in Vårgårda – together with her beloved cats. She communicates without speech and has epilepsy, which means she needs support in her daily life. This can involve personal care, practical tasks at home, and accompanying her on various activities – but also something as simple and important as being a safe and present companion.

The position is a part-time employment as needed, which means we value your availability and flexibility – it is important that you can step in at short notice. This job is perfect for you who are studying or have another part-time job and want to combine it with a meaningful extra job.

We are looking for someone who is a positive, secure, and responsible person. If you have experience or education in care/assistance, it is a big plus – but the most important thing is that you are the right person and that you get along well together. To succeed in the role, you need to be calm, attentive, and clear in your communication. It is also important that you have good physical ability, a certain degree of stubbornness – and preferably a sense of humor, of course! A driver's license is a plus but not a requirement. However, you need to have very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

• Start date: Immediately.
• Agreement: Part-time employment as needed with an introductory shift. This gives you a chance to feel secure and well-prepared for your new role.
• Work shifts: Varied shifts during all hours of the day – day, evening, night, and weekend.
