Our client, a global and leading technology company, is looking for a structured and driven person for the role of Fleet Manager for Sweden. This is a direct recruitment with a start as soon as possible!About the role 

As Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring an efficient, cost-conscious, and sustainable management of the company's vehicle fleet by administering policies, analyzing data, and following up on environmental and safety requirements. You will be the first point of contact with leasing companies and suppliers, participate in procurements, and manage vehicle changes during personnel changes.

The role also includes administration of digital systems and logbooks, financial reporting, support in claims management, and analysis of costs and vehicle choices for continuous improvement.

Your main responsibilities

• Administer policy compliance and reporting.
• Recommend changes to policies and procedures to maximize fleet efficiency and profitability while minimizing liability risks.
• Keep up with new technologies and regulations regarding company cars, taxes, and the environment.
• Be responsible for supplier contacts and administration, as well as participate in procurements of leasing companies.
• Administer digital logbooks, including installation and switching between vehicles.
• Follow up on global and local environmental goals related to the vehicle fleet.
• Report to the payroll responsible of monthly expense reports and annual budget data based on information from applicable parking apps.
• Support drivers in reporting accidents to the police and insurance companies.
• Work with CAR Quotation and analysis of leasing costs and vehicle choices.
• Ensure that vehicles meet environmental and safety requirements.

Who do we think you are  To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone with several years of experience in fleet management, with a good understanding of leasing agreements, vehicle policies, and procurement - so that you can quickly step into the role and create structure. We would like you to be structured and detail-oriented, while also being independent and taking initiative. It is important that you are communicative and service-oriented as you will have ongoing contact with both colleagues and external partners. We also see that you are solution-oriented, with a strong ability to collaborate and achieve results together with others.

Additional qualifications

• Experience working with digital logbooks and CAR Quotation.
• Good administrative skills and experience working with multiple systems.
• Ability to analyze data and provide decision support.
• Fluent in Swedish and good English, both spoken and written.
• Experience in environmental reporting is a plus.

Employment form

This is a direct recruitment for a full-time position (40h/week) where you will be employed by the client. You will work 40 hours per week and be based at the office in southeastern Stockholm. Start as soon as possible!
