About the Role: Lead the feasibility study for the installation of a new autoclave/sterilizer system at our manufacturing site. The assignment covers technical, operational, and financial assessment to define the project scope, budget, and readiness for execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define User and Process Requirements for the new autoclave.
• Assess facility and utility readiness (steam, water, HVAC, power, layout).
• Coordinate with equipment suppliers for technical input and quotations.
• Evaluate installation constraints and compliance with GMP and ISO 13485.
• Develop preliminary project schedule, cost estimate, and risk assessment.
• Prepare a feasibility report with recommendations for next phase.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial).
• 5+ years experience in equipment/facility projects in pharma or medtech.
• Familiar with autoclaves or sterilization systems and validation principles (IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Strong understanding of GMP and utilities (clean steam, WFI, etc.).
• Skilled in project coordination and technical documentation.
• Fluent in English; Swedish beneficial. Expected Deliverables: All inputs required to create the capital request. Including but not limited to:
• Feasibility report with recommended option, cost, and timeline
• URS for facility adaptations/modifications
• URS for autoclave
• Quotes for facility adaptations and autoclave.
• Resource estimate for project execution.
