This is a full-time consulting assignment. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant for our client. There are good opportunities for extension of the assignment.

Job responsibilities

As a Finnish-speaking support technician, you play a central role in the company's expansion in the Finnish market. You act as an important bridge between the Swedish office in Uppsala and the Finnish office in Helsinki. Your task is to provide technical support and assistance to the Finnish market. In your daily work, you will be in direct contact with corporate clients via phone, email, and ticketing systems. You will handle various incoming issues and are responsible for independently finding and implementing solutions. This means you take ownership of assigned cases and are responsible for analysis, assessment, and troubleshooting from start to finish. For more complex cases, you are responsible for escalating them to the client's second line. Additionally, you will support field technicians and service providers with troubleshooting via phone.

In the support department in Uppsala, you will be part of a team of eleven people, where collaboration and a positive atmosphere characterize the work environment. The team is based in modern premises, just a stone's throw from Uppsala central station. You will receive an introduction to the company's working methods and have the opportunity to contribute to the development of processes for the Finnish market.

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Completed upper secondary education with a focus on technology, networks, or similar
• Work experience in IT support or post-secondary education in data or networks
• You have a strong technical interest
• You have good knowledge of Finnish and English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of Swedish is an advantage
• Knowledge of CCNA is an advantage
