In the role of a nurse at Forenede Care, you are an important part of the organization, and your skills and well-being are highly valued. With dedicated nursing assistants and caregivers as a foundation, you will work with a management team consisting of; operations manager, nurse, coordinator, physiotherapist/occupational therapist, and HSL-USK. Who organize and drive the operations forward.
A close collaboration with the existing nurse who has experience in emergency care and specialized training as a midwife.
The operations manager is also a licensed nurse with experience in psychiatry and a former mentor for nursing students. If you are newly graduated, there is room to gradually grow into your new role as a nurse with support from colleagues.
Where you will work
Solhaga Vårdhem caters to individuals with care needs, both psychological and physical, who wish for a safe and secure environment where they can live and develop.
Also, individuals in need of short-term care where they can find recovery and rehabilitation in peace.
Part of our operations works on behalf of the Migration Agency for care and support purposes, where migrants in need of care that the Migration Agency cannot provide. We thus consist of three departments in the heart of a picturesque Skånes Fagerhult.
Who are you?
You are responsible, independent, and comfortable making priorities and leading others. You enjoy mentoring staff in health and medical care issues, are unpretentious, and are motivated by, together with your colleagues, organizing care in the best way.
In your role, you will have continuous dialogue with relatives and inform them of changes in health status. You collaborate with colleagues, doctors, and possibly others, both internal and external contacts, to ensure good care.
Interested and comfortable working with social psychiatry.
Job description
We are currently looking for a part-time colleague for a temporary position with the potential for permanent employment. With an employment rate of “20-30%” with an immediate start date.
- Licensed nurse
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing
- Driver's license
Meritorious
Experience in social psychiatry or inpatient psychiatric care.
To thrive in the position, you are engaged and care about your fellow human beings while being good at creating good relationships and being service-oriented. With us, we work in teams as well as independently, so it is important that you are comfortable in that environment.
Before we offer employment, you will need to show an unopened extract from the police criminal record.
