Wanted: Intercultural Coach/Trainer
Are you an expert in intercultural relations and enjoy inspiring others? Do you want to use your knowledge to build bridges between people and cultures in the workplace?
We are now looking for engaged workshop leaders for our cultural programs!
At SpeakCharlie, we collaborate with many of Sweden's most exciting companies and organizations. We help international employees understand, navigate, and appreciate Swedish culture and work life – while exploring how cultural differences affect collaboration in global teams.
About the role
As a workshop leader, you will guide participants through interactive programs where we explore cultural similarities and differences. You provide both background and theory, but most importantly, you help participants connect insights to their daily work – how to communicate, lead, make decisions, and build relationships in multicultural contexts.
Our workshops are practical, engaging, and relevant. They are based on well-known models (such as Hofstede's cultural dimensions or Erin Meyer's Culture Map) but above all on your ability to spark curiosity, reflection, and dialogue.
The work is flexible and project-based – sometimes online, sometimes on-site with clients. Sometimes we create new material together, sometimes you lead established programs. You will become part of a network of experienced trainers who share knowledge and support each other.
Who we believe you are
We are looking for someone who has both expertise and commitment. Perhaps you have lived or worked internationally yourself, or you have extensive experience coaching others in intercultural issues. You are passionate about building bridges and making theory come alive in practice.
We believe you have:
Deep knowledge of intercultural differences and models such as Hofstede or Erin Meyer.
At least 5 years of experience in intercultural communication, HR, organizational development, sociology, leadership training, or international business.
The ability to speak engagingly and lead discussions with energy and confidence.
Intellectual curiosity and analytical skills – you thrive in complex reasoning about culture, leadership, and work life.
A pedagogical way of translating theory into concrete tools.
Preferably experience in designing or leading workshops on culture and leadership.
