Job Description:

We are looking for a Security Officer/Incident Manager for our client in Stockholm.

As a Security Officer/Incident Manager, you are responsible for managing and developing the organization's security work, both operationally and strategically. The role combines incident management in daily work with long-term improvement and development of processes, tools, and services within cybersecurity.

Operational Tasks:

• Manage daily security incidents to maintain business continuity.
• Work closely with IT service owners and business units to resolve incidents.
• Take responsibility for major security incidents and coordinate involved functions.
• Ensure that processes are followed and that recurring incidents are investigated and handled.
• Follow security trends and act proactively.

Strategic Tasks:

• Drive long-term improvements of processes and security functions.
• Be responsible for security tools and services (e.g., SIEM, vulnerability analysis, SOC services).
• Set requirements for external suppliers and lead projects in the security area.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders within both IT and business operations.
• Drive an improvement agenda to strengthen the security function.

Competencies and Experience

• Several years of experience in cybersecurity.
• Experience in incident management, preferably with knowledge of ITSM.
• Previous role as a security analyst (level 2), team leader, or similar within SOC.
• Project work in larger organizations with many IT services; project management is a plus.
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
• Experience working in international environments is a plus.
