Do you want to kickstart your career in Capital Markets – a part of Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS)?

FAAS is a team of specialists in accounting, reporting, capital market issues, and internal control and governance. We work with everything from publicly listed companies to rapidly growing startups. Capital Markets provides advisory services related to preparations for IPOs (IPO Readiness), process efficiency, development of finance functions, risk management, and internal control – both in the private, public, and governmental sectors. We also support audit teams in connection with capital market transactions.

We are now looking for consultants for our office in Stockholm, starting no later than August 2026, targeting recent graduates in economics from universities/colleges.

The opportunity: your next adventure awaits you

For us, your development is in focus. In this role, you will spend a significant part of your time working directly with our clients, which means you will gain valuable insights into a variety of industries. You will quickly take on responsibility in diverse assignments and receive ongoing training in your field. The work is both independent and in teams. Your tasks within Capital Markets will include the following:

• Conduct gap analyses for IPO readiness
• Provide advice and support after completing IPO readiness
• Be part of the project team for a company's IPO preparations, including coordination, steering committee materials, and budget tracking
• Map and improve financial processes for increased efficiency and strengthened internal control
• Assist clients with IPO data books, development of key figures, and other relevant financial information in prospectuses
• Design and develop financial reports, report packages, and governance documents

Qualifications

• University/college degree in economics
• Good academic merits, relevant work experience, study abroad, and/or engagement outside of studies are advantageous
• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
• Analytical and solution-oriented with sharp critical thinking

• Good ability to build relationships, both internally and externally with clients
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
• Master's degree is advantageous
