PS Finance Group is a fast-growing company in finance and collections. We value commitment, teamwork, and personal development. We are currently looking for a positive customer service representative with the title Collection Advisor Assistant who wants to be part of our wonderful team!

About the role

As a customer service representative with us, you will daily be in contact with customers via phone and email, answering questions about invoices, payments, and other financial matters. You will be an important link between our customers and case handlers, and also support our Collection Advisors in their work. In addition to customer contact, you will handle various administrative tasks, such as outgoing phone calls, mail management, and other documentation. We offer a solid introduction, and over time you will have the opportunity to develop within the company, take on more responsibility, and specialize in different areas.

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, communicative, and enjoys working in a team. You have a positive attitude and like to help others. Experience is not a requirement; the most important thing is that you have the right attitude and willingness to learn!

We believe that you:

• Have at least a high school education
• Speak and write fluent Swedish and have good English skills
• Are meticulous and structured
• Have good communication skills and enjoy customer dialogue
• Have experience from service jobs (meritorious, but not required)
