As a customer service agent with us, you will work in large, bright offices in Lund with good communication options for those using public transport. For those driving, there is ample free parking adjacent to the building.

During the introduction, we prefer that you work on-site with us. Once you are comfortable in your role, there is the possibility to work remotely on a rotating basis.

You will be part of an engaged team that together represents the brand Bokus. Depending on needs, you may also work on other assignments. Your role involves being the customers' first contact via phone, email, and sometimes chat. This is a temporary position (as needed). The need is greatest during December, when we hope you can work a lot during this period. After that, the scope decreases, but there is the possibility to work more when the need arises.

Working hours are generally scheduled during office hours, Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, but evenings and weekends may occur.

You will receive thorough training in customer service, case management, and the project, so you feel secure and prepared to assist customers in the best way.

For the position, you are required to:

• have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

• have a high school education or equivalent experience

• have previous work experience and references

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, is good at collaborating, and contributes to an inclusive workplace. You are receptive to feedback and view challenges as something to solve. Experience in similar work is an advantage – but your personality and willingness to develop with us weigh the most.

The start date is at the end of November, by agreement.
