About the position

As a customer service representative, you will provide support via phone, email, and chat in Finnish and English. Your main task is to guide customers in a pedagogical manner – from solving problems to explaining services and features.

You will start your employment with a paid introductory training, where you will receive all the tools you need to feel confident in the role. After that, there are great opportunities to grow within the company thanks to internal training and career steps.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a complete high school diploma
• Speaks and writes Finnish and English fluently
• Is communicative, curious, and solution-oriented
• Has experience in customer service, support, or another service profession – meritorious but not a requirement

You will work full-time, with scheduled shifts office hours: Monday–Friday between 08:00–18:00.
