We are proactively seeking a dedicated and meticulous Accounting Assistant for upcoming assignments and future opportunities with an international company in a strong growth phase. Examples of Responsibilities:

• Invoice Management: Handle incoming invoices and ensure a smooth and accurate flow in accounts payable.
• Ongoing Bookkeeping: Perform ongoing bookkeeping, registration, and data management.
• Reconciliations: Actively work with bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support and Processes: Be an important support during month-end closing and contribute to documenting and streamlining financial routines.
• System Work: Work in large and modern business systems.

To be successful in this role, you need:

• Post-secondary education in finance or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in finance or administrative work is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency in Excel and preferably experience with financial systems.
