We are looking for an experienced finance assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking responsibility. The assignment starts in early November and lasts for about 3 months, with a good possibility of extension or transition to employment. The client offers hybrid work and has an office in northern Stockholm.
About the role
In this role, you will have a key position within the company's invoicing and ongoing financial flows. You will be part of an experienced team and be responsible for:
- Invoicing
- Daily management of accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Assisting in monthly and annual closings
Your profile
We are looking for someone with solid experience in finance and who is used to handling large flows in a dynamic environment. You work independently, have an eye for detail, and thrive in a role where you can contribute with both structure and pace.
We would like you to have:
- Previous experience in similar tasks in larger companies
- Good knowledge of both accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Experience working in international organizations
