In this role, you will work as a flexible service manager, primarily serving as a receptionist for our various clients around the Gothenburg area.
The position is for you who enjoy a varied job working at different companies, such as real estate companies, banks, shopping centers and also at our conference facilities. As a flexible service manager, you will create a large network and gain a lot of experience from working at various companies in the business sector. During the first weeks, you will receive training at our clients' sites alongside the regular staff. You will work both independently and in teams. Examples of tasks you may be responsible for include:
- Acting as a mood manager and ensuring world-class service delivery to all visitors as a receptionist/service employee.
- Administrative work in various systems
- Bookings and orders
- Conference management
- Email and phone
- Mail and package handling
- Other related tasks that belong to the role of service employee.
Who are you? You are a welcoming and outgoing person who knows what high-class service means and you are passionate about meeting people. Furthermore, you are structured and organized with an eye for detail and can see what needs to be prioritized in the moment. To fit into the role, you need to be unpretentious and able to jump in where needed, as well as enjoy a varied job with changing tasks from day to day.
Requirements for the position
- Completed high school diploma
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- You have previously worked in service, preferably in an office environment
- Experience with Office365 and comfortable with learning different systems
About the employment
- Permanent employment with a 6-month initial probationary period
- 100% employment rate (on days when there is no immediate need, you will instead go for training/additional learning or support where needed)
- Monday-Friday office hours approximately 08-17
- The assignments are located in Gothenburg
- Start immediately or as agreed
