We are looking for someone who wants to become an important part of the daily life of a happy and curious 3-year-old boy. He needs support with most things in his daily life – but offers a lot of joy and energy in return!

He loves being outdoors – whether it's summer or winter – and enjoys cozying up at home just as much. Walks, swings, and swimming are his favorite activities, and he is a real little charmer who spreads warmth around him.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a driver's license
• Is active and enjoys doing things
• Is child-loving and comfortable interacting with small children
• Can work both independently and in a team
• Is proactive, patient, and has a positive attitude
• Has very good Swedish in speech and writing
• Is flexible, as you may sometimes need to accompany the family on short or long trips
• Sees this as a long-term assignment

We are looking for a reliable and creative assistant who wants to help create a meaningful and fun daily life for this little boy. You will become an important person in his life – and in the family's.

About the position

• Employment level: Part-time/full-time
• Working hours: Around the clock with awake night shifts.
• Salary: Fixed hourly wage according to agreement, other compensation according to collective agreement
• Start date: According to agreement, as long as the assistance assignment lasts
