Personal assistance is a service according to LSS (The Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each client is unique, and your tasks vary based on the client's needs. You respect the client's self-determination and integrity, and contribute to making everyday life run smoothly.

About the position

The role of a personal assistant requires a high ability to create good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiatives and see what needs to be done.

We are now looking for someone who fits the following: Are you an older woman who might think it would be fun to have a part-time job? Do you have good physical health and want to be active?

• wants to work with a woman in her 40s living in Falkenberg
• has good knowledge of Swedish
• can work in a household with both a dog and a cat
• has a B driver's license and access to a car
• is non-smoking

It is also an advantage if you:

• can understand and communicate in English, as travel may occur in the job

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Working hours, employment rate, and salary:

The current employment form is hourly substitute as needed. Shifts may be distributed during day, evening, and night, including on-call.

Fixed hourly wage according to agreement and other compensations are in accordance with collective agreements.

According to agreement.

Being employed at Humana
