About the role

As an accountant with us, you will have a central role in the finance department, which consists of you and two other colleagues. You are responsible for ensuring that the ongoing accounting maintains high quality and complies with current regulations, while also contributing to the development and efficiency of our financial processes. You will work closely with our CFO, but with significant personal responsibility and autonomy.

You will work broadly with:

• Responsibility for ongoing accounting
• Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Preparation of annual reports and income tax returns
• Management of VAT, taxes, and regulatory reporting
• Participation in budgeting and forecasting work
• Driving improvement work within accounting and routines
• Contact with auditors and authorities

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with an academic degree in finance and several years of experience in qualified accounting, preferably in the role of an accountant. You are confident in financial statement work, accustomed to working independently throughout the accounting process, and have good system skills as well as experience with Excel.

You are a person who appreciates structure, is meticulous in your work, and has an unpretentious attitude. With a positive mindset, you approach change and development as a natural part of the day. Your drive, commitment, and curiosity are clearly noticeable, and you thrive on taking personal responsibility while also being mindful of contributing to the whole. You find it easy to collaborate, willingly share your knowledge, and communicate fluently with both colleagues and external parties.
