We are now looking for a customer service representative who will work on behalf of our clients. The role means you will become an important part of our clients' teams and contribute to creating professional and service-oriented customer experiences.

About the role

As a customer service representative, you will be the company's face to the outside world and have a central role in creating a positive customer experience. You will be responsible for receiving, managing, and following up on customer inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels. The role suits you if you enjoy helping others, have a solution-oriented mindset, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and above all, like to learn new things and want to contribute to development.

Your main tasks may include:

• Answering incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers

• Assisting customers with questions about orders, deliveries, and invoices

• Registering and following up on cases in the customer system

• Collaborating with internal departments to resolve customer issues in the best way

• Contributing to a good customer experience and working proactively for improvements

• Experience in international trade and logistics

• Knowledge of digital systems for customs management and ERP systems

Who we are looking for

You have experience in customer service, support, order processing, or similar tasks. With strong communication skills in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written, you can build trust and establish good relationships with customers. Your strong service mindset is combined with a structured and meticulous approach, where you always pay attention to details even in a fast-paced environment. You have good computer skills, and experience with customer service systems is considered an advantage.

Meritorious:

• Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or B2B customer service

• Additional languages besides Swedish and English

• Interest in working with process and customer experience improvements

Full-time and part-time

We are looking for both full-time and part-time employees. The part-time roles are suitable for those who combine work with other commitments, such as studies, and want a flexible side job. You can either work as a consultant through us or be directly recruited to one of our clients.
