About the role

We are looking for a structured and driven accountant who wants to be a key person in our finance function. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the operations, with significant responsibility and varied tasks related to accounting and financial statements for our project and parent companies.

Your tasks:

• Be responsible for the ongoing accounting for project and parent companies
• Conduct reconciliations and prepare quarterly and annual financial statements
• Handle project-specific VAT issues and perform VAT reconciliations
• Follow up on activated costs in inventory and ongoing work
• Maintain ongoing contact with auditors during audits
• Prepare annual reports, income tax returns, and property tax returns
• Acquisition and sale of companies and properties
• Preparation of shell company tax returns
• Management of mergers and liquidations
• Be responsible for final settlements upon activation or completion of projects

We are looking for someone who:
