About the position As a technical property manager at Vectura, you will help create value by actively managing and developing our growing portfolio of commercial properties. This may involve properties such as The Loop, SAAB's new office, and the upcoming Nanolab in Lund – a mix of multi-tenant and single-tenant properties. You will be a key person in the dialogue with customers and tenants, having a direct impact on quality and tenant experience. Satisfied customers, sustainable and value-creating management are the overarching goals of the role.

You will work closely with colleagues in the management organization as well as with business and project development and finance, supporting them in management-related issues. The position also involves many external contacts with contractors, consultants, and tenants. You will report to the management responsible in the South region, and the position is based in Malmö/Lund.

Your responsibilities as a technical manager include:

• Developing and systematizing the operation of the property portfolio.

• Establishing maintenance plans and conducting maintenance inspections.

• Procurement of ongoing and planned maintenance through cost-effective and sustainable (framework) agreements.

• Establishing operating and maintenance budgets and forecasts.

• Ordering and project managing smaller tenant adaptations.

• Assisting in work with calculations and system documentation.

• Responsible for workplace safety, systematic fire protection work, authority inspections, legal compliance, and similar.

Your profile We are looking for someone with a senior profile and solid experience (10–15 years) in overall technical property management, which means you have very good knowledge of property technology and installations. A requirement is that you have previous experience working with operations and maintenance related to commercial properties. It is a clear advantage if you have worked with laboratory environments. You have good knowledge of property economics, rental law, and regulatory requirements, as well as experience in procuring contractors, consultants, and specialists. Additionally, you should have a genuine interest in environmental and sustainability-related issues and an ability to meet customer needs.

As a person, you stand out with good collaboration skills and a desire to build long-term relationships. You are engaged, resourceful, proactive, and enjoy taking responsibility and ownership. A strong results and customer focus, and above all, a good ability to communicate at different levels characterize you. You will work in a smaller team, so a humble attitude towards occasionally stepping outside your job description and helping each other is required.
