We are now looking for a wonderful colleague who wants to drive and develop our finance function; could this be something for you? In the role of finance manager, you will have overall responsibility for the finances and need to have a good understanding of the entire accounting process. You will handle ongoing accounting, reconciliations, and payroll administration. You will report to the CEO and be responsible for analysis, forecasting, and budgeting. You need to have solid experience in ongoing accounting work, such as accounts receivable and payable, bookkeeping, reconciliations, VAT, declarations, monthly closings, and preparing annual reports.

Biner is planning for growth, and we have a high level of ambition; as the company grows, the finance function will also develop, and so will you. We hope that you will grow with us, and you will play an important role in streamlining, improving, and developing our finance function.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Budgeting, forecasting, and analysis work
• Reporting and closing
• Contact with auditors, partners, and suppliers
• Invoicing
• Payroll management and some personnel administration
• Improving internal routines and process development.

To thrive in this role, you have:

• Relevant education in finance and several years of experience in the role of finance manager.
• Routine and willingness to work in a broad, independent role where you are responsible for the entire financial flow - from start to finish.
• Good data and system knowledge in both accounting and payroll systems.
• You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Meritorious:

• You have worked in a comprehensive role at a smaller growth company and have experience from consulting.
• You have previously worked in the Fortnox system.
