About the role:

As an Accounting Manager at BCP, your task is to control, document, and reconcile accounting in accordance with applicable accounting principles. In this role, you will also be responsible for year-end closing, reporting to authorities, and internal and external reporting. You will report financial data for further processing from an analysis and follow-up perspective. If you wish to develop further in other roles within the finance area, there are plenty of opportunities for that.

Main responsibilities:

Monthly closing, reconciliation, and reporting.

Reasonableness checks and quality assurance of the accounting.

Ongoing accounting.

Handling of VAT, tax, and authority reporting.

Initiate and lead the work of preparing annual financial statements and declarations.

Participate in projects related to change and development work.

The role also includes staying updated on changes within the specific area of accounting.

Your profile:

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in accounting and a good understanding of accounting processes. You are confident in year-end closing, accustomed to working independently throughout the accounting process, and have experience with systems and Excel.

As a person, you are proactive and driven to improve and further develop processes and working methods. We believe you have the ability to build good relationships, are trustworthy, and have a systematic and analytical approach to work.

You are meticulous, responsible, structured, and want to grow in your role alongside the company. As an Accounting Manager at Business Control Partner, you will have many points of contact, so it is important that you are positive, helpful, and collaborative.
