Our client is a technology company operating throughout Scandinavia. They deliver, install, and maintain advanced systems for air purification and odor treatment with a focus on sustainability and environmental efficiency. They are now looking for a Service Coordinator for their office in Partille!
As a Service Coordinator, you have a central role in the service work and act as a contact point between customers, service technicians, and suppliers. The work is varied and combines daily customer contact with planning, follow-up, and administration.
Your future tasks
In this role, you have a broad and responsible function where you drive the service process forward.
Examples of tasks:
- Plan and administer service technicians' assignments in the field
- Coordinate service work and schedule actions with customers
- Act as the first point of contact in customer service matters
- Ensure material orders and deliveries on time
- Document completed service assignments and follow up on deviations
- Support the technical team with administrative issues
- Participate in improving internal processes and routines
We are looking for someone who
is a person who thrives in a role with a lot of responsibility and many contact points. You have a natural sense of service, are structured in your work approach, and enjoy creating order even when the pace is high. Your ability to solve problems and build good relationships is a great asset in this role.
Requirements:
- Experience in coordinating and administrative work
- Familiar with customer contact, preferably in a technical industry
- Good computer skills and experience with business systems or planning tools
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form
Meritorious:
- Experience from a similar role in technology, logistics, or service
- Additional language skills
