As an administrative consultant, you will be a central part of a team responsible for calibration and related administrative processes. The role is broad and varied, which is perfect for you who thrive on juggling multiple tasks and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Examples of tasks included:

• Manage check-in and check-out of instruments

• Invoicing and quote administration

• Planning and coordinating external supplier visits

• Logistics & shipping administration

• Management of the calibration mailbox

• Registration and scanning of certificates in databases

• Administration of electrical safety documentation

• Review and administration of the instrument pool

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• Good IT skills and experience working in Microsoft Office

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in similar administrative tasks

• A structured and meticulous work style

• The ability to work independently while contributing to the team's success

• Experience in global/international companies is a plus.

Location: Lund  Start: October 1, 2025 End date: December 31, 2026, with the possibility of extension
