We offer treatment for young people aged 14 to 18, both girls and boys, and have a total capacity of 7 residents. Our work often focuses on helping young people with problematic school absenteeism and challenging family relationships.
At the treatment home, a qualified team consisting of a psychologist, social worker, and social pedagogues works. We use the method of applied behavior analysis (ABA), which is based on and has its origins in CBT, to create individually tailored treatment interventions.
Working as a treatment assistant at WeMind HVBAs a treatment assistant with us, you primarily work with support in the young people's daily routines. You become an important person for the implementation of our response strategies, one of the most central parts of the treatment model. Your new workplaceWeMind Individ & Familj runs HVB, school, outpatient care, CBT clinics, as well as training and supervision. Currently, we operate three HVB homes in the Stockholm area, but also a treatment home in Partille, just outside Gothenburg, for young people aged 14–18. We have a family-oriented residence in a quiet residential area.
In Partille, we receive both girls and boys who face psychosocial challenges, such as school absenteeism, difficulties in family relationships, or behavioral problems. However, substance abuse and criminality are not part of the target group, and we offer a safe, drug-free environment where young people can develop.

Our ambition is to provide young people with tools for long-term change and increased quality of life.
For us, it is important to have a safe and pleasant work environment where every employee has a stimulating work situation, has the opportunity to take responsibility and be involved in the treatment process, and also enjoys their job.
