About the assignment

We are currently looking for a customer service representative for a government agency in Luleå. The assignment involves customer service where you primarily work with phone calls. You will also register cases in the computer system. The assignment starts on November 1, 2025, and will last until March 2026. Working hours are weekdays during office hours without weekends. Employment rate: 100%. Location: Luleå. This is a consulting assignment via Bemannia.

Your tasks

You will meet customers primarily via phone but also via email. The assignment also includes the following:

  • Contact with customers, authorities, organizations, and companies
  • You will ensure that the agency's customers receive fair and factual service
  • Handle and process various inquiries and simpler cases
  • Ensure that customers have a positive experience

Your qualifications

  • University credits or equivalent education in the relevant field and at least six (6) months of work experience from similar work with a clear customer focus
  • Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
  • Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
