Your New Role

Do you want to drive the digital transition in the textile industry and contribute to the EU's sustainability initiatives? We are now looking for an experienced consultant as Workstream Lead for an exciting project within the Digital Product Passport (DPP). As Workstream Lead, you will play a key role in guiding the textile organization and its suppliers through a digital transformation journey. You will be responsible for collecting, validating, and harmonizing data, defining standards, and developing processes and ways of working in close collaboration with the DPP Core Team. Your work will be crucial for our client's textile products to achieve full DPP compliance by December 31, 2026.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Map existing data from identified textile suppliers (As-Is).
• Perform gap analyses and identify deficiencies between the current state and upcoming requirements (To-Be).
• Ensure accurate and digitally accessible data in the designated platform according to the DPP framework.
• Define and establish processes and ways of working that enable scalability for future products.
• Contribute to the organization's digital maturity journey by integrating sustainability processes into daily collaboration with suppliers.
• Report status and progress to project management and line organization.
• Identify and communicate risks, dependencies, and action plans.
• Support steering group reporting and ensure that project goals are met.

To be successful in this role, you need

• At least 5 years of experience in project or workstream management, preferably within the textile or fashion industry.
• Documented experience working with external parties and suppliers, ideally on a global level.
• Solid experience in data management in complex value chains.
• Good understanding of EU sustainability regulations (e.g., DPP, CSRD, or similar).
• Desirable: Experience in digital transformation or data-related sustainability initiatives.
