About the role

Here you will learn everything about Tutus products, such as secure solutions for mobile communication and other advanced encryption products.

You will work variably with customer and internal issues ranging from second-line support to more complex third-line support cases. You will have skilled colleagues to help you as you work closely together. You will also work with the operation of internal IT and customer systems as well as maintenance of Linux servers.

You will be part of the operations and support department, which consists of system administrators, network and support technicians, providing good opportunities for development in various areas.

Tutus is a smaller, close-knit company where collaboration across different areas of responsibility is a natural part of the work culture. Tutus is growing and offers its employees the opportunity to develop in various projects in the future.

Is this you?

• Experience in IT support or operations technician and customer-oriented
• Interest in IT security
• Experience with Linux and Windows environments, servers and clients, as well as networking knowledge in switching, routing, TCP/IP.
• Post-secondary education in networking, IT security, system administration, equivalent education or work experience.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
