We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Pega Developer with expertise in UX/UI design for a consulting assignment in an organization undergoing a significant digital transformation. The role involves being part of an agile development team that works on developing and managing digital solutions for decision-making and case management.

About the Role

As a Pega Developer, you will take significant responsibility for both new development and operation of solutions based on the Pega platform. You will work closely with other developers and stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that facilitate customer cases and enhance the user experience.

Main Responsibilities

– Participate in the entire development process, from idea and requirements gathering to development and follow-up.

– Develop and manage digital solutions using the Pega platform.

– Collaborate within an agile team to ensure high quality and efficiency in deliveries.

– Contribute to the organization's digital transformation with a focus on improved case management.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

– Competency level 3 (4–8 years of experience) in UX/UI design and development.

– Practical experience working with Pega CRM.

– At least 3 months of experience working with Pega Constellation in practical customer projects.

– Experience working in the public sector is a requirement.

– Good language skills in Swedish and/or English, both spoken and written.

Location: Solna.

Remote Work: Opportunity to work up to 50% remotely by agreement.
