We are looking for an experienced customer project manager for a consulting assignment in Jönköping. The role is suitable for you who thrive in a leadership position with many contact points, both internally and externally. You have a strong business interest, are communicative, and have the ability to create engaged teams focused on collaboration, results, and well-being.

As a customer project manager, you will:

• Lead projects with responsibility for product deliveries and customer relations.

• Create and develop strong teams with clear structure, order, and clarity.

• Be responsible for planning, follow-up, and delivery in line with customer requirements and the company's goals.

• Work strategically and commercially to drive projects forward.

• Ensure documentation and follow-up in accordance with customers' formal requirements.

Must-haves:

• At least 8 years of experience in similar roles in project management.

• University degree in engineering or economics.

• Documented project management skills.

• Experience from product deliveries and customer relations.

• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

• Good knowledge of the Office suite.

Meritorious:

• Project management certification.

• Experience of international work.

• Previous experience of documentation requirements from formal customer assignments.

Other requirements:

• The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to current regulations for security protection. Security classification may, in some cases, imply requirements for certain citizenship.

Terms:

• Consulting assignment where you will be employed by us and rented out to the customer.

• Work location: Jönköping.

• Scope: Full-time, 100%.

• Assignment period: October 1, 2025 – December 31, 2026.
