Welcome to a vibrant administration in a dynamic urban area - here we work for community and openness with a focus on those we serve!
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Do you want to become our new team member working with Intensive Home-Based Family Treatment (IHF)? We are a team of five people and started our treatment model IHF in 2019, targeting families with children aged 3-18 years.
IHF is a treatment method based on behavior-oriented and systemic theories. Treatment primarily takes place in the family's home and involves several meetings each week. Each family we work with has access to a smaller team consisting of a coordinator, a family therapist, and a child therapist. The treatment period varies between 6 -12 months.

With us, you will work together in a team with exciting assignments, and you will receive training in the IHF model. All three roles in the team play an important function in achieving beneficial change work. We offer a developing and learning work environment in a pleasant workplace with a good working climate, with much collective experience in the staff group. Our unit is currently part of a research study, where we work four days a week, but with full salary. There are great opportunities for professional development within the unit. The IHF team receives continuous support in the method and its implementation.
The position involves varied working hours with family work. If necessary, the therapists work late afternoons a maximum of one to two times a week. Families have access to on-call support via phone. The responsibility for on-call support is shared evenly within the team, for which there is a salary supplement.
The IHF team is part of the Resource Unit within Social Administration Nordost and is located in new spacious premises at Kortedala Torg.
