We at Insitepart are looking for a new colleague! Our recruitment business area is growing, and we therefore need to expand with a recruitment consultant focused on helping our clients find the right competencies at management and specialist levels. In this role, you will work with both permanent and interim placements.

In this role, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, which includes:

• Building your own client portfolio and identifying business opportunities, creating strategic partnerships with new and existing clients, and selling recruitment and interim services.
• Driving recruitment assignments from requirement profiles, search, and selection to interviews, reference checks, and test implementations.
• Driving and participating in sales and marketing activities, such as attending trade fairs, client events, networking meetings, and similar.

We are looking for someone with experience in Supply Chain, with an understanding of organization and flows. Ideally, you have worked as a manager or specialist in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing industry. Above all, you have a strong personal drive for results and business acumen, as well as a high ability to build good relationships with both clients and candidates to quickly identify needs and the right match.

Requirements for the role:

• Relevant post-secondary education or relevant work experience
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Driver's license (B)
