About the assignment and the candidate we are looking for

We are now looking for an interim recruiter for an assignment north of Stockholm. The assignment starts as soon as possible and lasts for 6–12 months, with the possibility of extension. 

• Start: As soon as possible
• Scope: Full-time
• Location: north of Stockholm, approximately 3 days/week on-site + remote work
• Duration: 6–12 months

About the role

In this role, you will be a central part of the HR and recruitment team and responsible for a number of recruitments each month, primarily within production and blue-collar roles. You will work closely with hiring managers in areas such as production, service, aftermarket, engineering, purchasing, and warehousing.

Your tasks span the entire recruitment process – from needs analysis, advertising, and selection to background checks, employment contracts, and onboarding. The role is highly administrative and requires a high degree of structure, accuracy, and organizational skills.

Examples of roles you will recruit for:

Production workers, electricians, mechanics, painters/carpenters/other skilled workers. Warehouse and purchasing staff.

We are looking for someone who has

• 3–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably with a focus on production/blue-collar. 
• Good experience in administration, contract management, and background checks. 
• Ability to manage multiple parallel processes with order and structure. 
• Experience in recruiting for roles in production, workshops, or similar environments. 
• Very good knowledge of English (Swedish is not a requirement)
