About the position Middlepoint is now looking for a service-minded, engaged, and positive Head of Service for the reception at one of our clients. You will be employed by us at Middlepoint and work with service and hospitality for a large and well-known brand in the city center.
In the role of Head of Service, you and your colleagues will have overall responsibility for the qualitative delivery and development of the service on-site. Here you will have the chance to lead a fantastic service team in a professional and fast-paced environment, where you will work closely with office staff, visitors, and suppliers on a daily basis.
Your tasks will vary but include:
- Overall responsibility for the daily operation of the reception and Backoffice
- Welcoming guests and visitors
- Supervising and planning operations
- Handling phone calls and emails
- Mail and package handling
- Overall responsibility for catering orders and event planning
- Administrative work
Who are you? We believe you are a strong service profile with several years of experience. You have an eye for what needs to be done and approach your tasks with enthusiasm. We prefer that you are energetic, positive, and enjoy working in a team. You have the ability to inspire and motivate others to deliver service beyond the ordinary and set high standards for quality and proactivity. Requirements for the position:
- You have previously worked in service, preferably in a leadership position
- Fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written
- High school diploma
- Good knowledge of the Office suite
Employment: Employment type: Permanent with an initial 6-month probationary period Start: October 2025 Employment rate: 100%, full-time Working hours: Monday-Friday, office hours
