About the role You are the coach, motivator, and energy source in our HYROX classes. As an instructor, it is your job to guide participants through each station and exercise – from rowing machines and running to sled pushes and Farmers carry. We believe in training that is challenging, fun, and accessible to everyone – and that’s where you come in.

Currently, we offer over 20 different group training classes – everything from strength training, functional training, conditioning, and HIIT to dance, boxing, and yoga. All our group classes can be adapted to the participants' level and daily condition.

The position involves a part-time employment of 1 to 5 hours per week at Fitness24Seven Frölunda. Don’t have a training instructor qualification? No worries - if you are the right person for us, we will include it in your employment.

We are looking for you To thrive and develop in the role of group training instructor, we seek someone who is engaged, has a knack for inspiring others, and can clearly guide others through their training. We prefer that you have previously attended group classes and have some experience from the concept/category of classes you are interested in instructing.

Of course, you should be comfortable leading others and speaking in front of an enthusiastic group of participants. We see your interest in fitness and health as a given.
