Yamaha Motor Scandinavia is part of the Yamaha Corporation. The company is the general agent for all of the group's motor products, including motorcycles, outboard motors, ATVs, accessories, and spare parts in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, as well as Iceland, Greenland, and the Faroe Islands. The products represent a significant part of the European market for outboard motors, motorcycles, and ATVs. The company also markets and sells the boats Finnmaster, Jeanneau, and Husky. The company is distributed across three offices in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark.
About the role
You will become a central part of our service department, where you will work closely with a knowledgeable team of technicians and coordinators. Our main mission is to support our dealers' workshops through training and development, warranty management, and quality follow-up.
Your role is to continuously analyze the market and our dealers' workshops to identify new opportunities and drive strategic improvements. You will have the exciting opportunity to analyze and streamline our processes to ensure that we always work as smartly and efficiently as possible.
With your expertise, you will support the team's technicians and coordinators with daily administration where your skills will be crucial in streamlining workflows and ensuring high standards in all our support.
You will be based at Yamaha's headquarters in Nacka, Stockholm.

Qualifications
- A post-secondary education in a relevant field or equivalent knowledge
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Experience with administrative systems and good computer skills
- Very good knowledge of Excel
- A strong analytical ability and the ability to work independently
Meritorious
- Basic knowledge of vehicles and technical systems
- Knowledge of other Scandinavian languages and technical English
- Experience working with database programs or business systems
Application and start date This is a position with a duration until July 1, 2026, starting immediately. The position is full-time with working hours scheduled during the day, Monday to Friday. You will receive a secure employment with Starfinder and a consultant manager who will be by your side along the way.
