Personal Assistant Wanted

We are looking for someone to work as a personal assistant for a wonderful girl who lives with her family in Bullmark.

The girl was born with a brain malformation that requires her to have help with everything in her daily life. She has a button on her stomach, so all feeding is done through the button. She uses a wheelchair, and there are lifts in the home for transfers. The girl enjoys listening to music, using her iPad, receiving massages, and bathing.

We only seek non-smokers for this position. There are dogs in the home. You do not need to have worked as a personal assistant before, but personal suitability and sensitivity are highly valued. We prefer someone who is energetic and can take their own initiatives.

Since the position is located in Bullmark, which is 30 kilometers outside of Umeå, you must have a driver's license and access to a car. Public transport does not work in combination with the working hours.

The position will be 100% on a fixed schedule. The working hours are currently planned as follows: Monday-Thursday 14:30-21:30 and Sundays 9-21.

Salary is negotiable. Additionally: Good assistance cares for its assistants, has a collective agreement, and offers a wellness grant of up to 4000 SEK/year. The start date for the position will be agreed upon, and training will take place on-site at the home.
