We are now looking for assistant store managers who can elevate their colleagues to a higher level!

We are now looking for someone who wants to work as an assistant store manager at Circle K Umeå Storgatan. The position is full-time and is permanent with an initial probationary period of six months. The schedule for this position is rotating, and shifts are scheduled during days and evenings, with working hours varying between 06:00 and 00:00, and you will also work every other weekend from 07:00 to 16:00. In this role, you will have a salary of 28,000-34,000 SEK/month (base salary and responsibility allowance) and in addition to your monthly salary, you will receive extra compensation for work during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Your exact salary level is based on your previous experience in service and is verified by providing employer certificates during the recruitment process.

We are looking for someone who enjoys the combination of service and leadership and who likes to compete. The station also has a high tempo, where quick decisions may need to be made.
