About the Position

As a field salesperson at Lundgrens, you will work with sales in the Norrland district, where you will be responsible for both new and existing customer relationships. You will be part of a dynamic sales team of about 12 people and report to the sales manager. The position involves close collaboration with our inside sales representatives, especially those working with Norrland, to create the best possible results together. Your Main Responsibilities

• Actively engage with customers in the Norrland district, including resellers, end-users, and OEM customers.
• Independently schedule and conduct customer visits to develop sales.
• Be responsible for a district with a turnover of approximately 16 MSEK.
• Participate in fairs and other events to represent Lundgrens.
• Work with our business and CRM system to document and follow up on sales activities.
• Be part of a close-knit team and work together to achieve common goals and results.

The position involves a significant amount of travel in Norrland, with the possibility to work a couple of days a week from our office in Skellefteå, where you will have your own workspace and receive support from your team.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who has:

• A high school education, preferably with a technical focus.
• Documented sales experience, preferably in technical sales and industry.
• High computer proficiency and experience with business and CRM systems.
• A driver's license and travel experience.
• A strong commitment and a structured approach to planning your time and targeting the right customers.
• The ability to create and maintain good customer relationships, as well as a service-oriented and responsive attitude.
• A driven and goal-oriented personality, motivated by achieving results and growing in your role.
• A technical interest and the willingness to learn about our products to provide our customers with the best solutions.
