Your responsibilities:

As a nursing assistant with us, you provide service and personal care to our residents at Utsikten's dementia care facility. We want you to have a clear customer focus and be able to adapt your approach based on the situation. Working in special housing entails significant personal responsibility and initiative. We place great importance on interaction, collaboration, flexibility, and accountability in our contact with residents. The work also includes delegated health and medical tasks.

Sorsele municipality has two elderly care facilities focused on dementia, Åbacken and Utsikten. The departments collaborate, which means that when necessary, you will work with colleagues from other departments.

Your qualities:

You have a good demeanor and are easy to collaborate with. Clarity in your communication is important. We see a positive forward-thinking attitude and a focus on the best interests of the elderly as prerequisites for you to thrive with us.

Competence/qualifications:

We are looking for someone who has an approved nursing assistant/care education according to high school or other education deemed equivalent. Experience in care and nursing is an advantage. Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form is required.

Extent: Full-time

Duration: Permanent

Start date: By agreement.

Salary: The municipality applies individual salary setting.
