About the role

As a pharmacist at Apoteket Spoven, you will play a central role in meeting our customers' needs for advice and products related to medicines and health.

Apoteket Spoven is centrally located in Skellefteå. We are situated in the Solbacken shopping area with many prescription and self-care customers. We receive many newcomers and during the summer we have a lot of tourists. The team consists of 8 wonderful people, each with their own area of responsibility.

Just as you are expected to build a long-term relationship with your customers, we want to do the same with you. We support you in your career - as a pharmacist at Apoteket, you can develop into roles such as drug responsible, sales leader, specialist pharmacist, or why not a role as pharmacy manager?

Your main areas of work

• Actively engage in your customer meetings to create added value through counseling and cross-selling
• Contribute to achieving our goals regarding patient safety, quality, and sales
• Actively strengthen your team by sharing both knowledge and experiences
• Stay updated on our campaigns and contribute to their success
• Keep informed and knowledgeable about new products for the best customer care
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop our business into a pharmacy that becomes the obvious choice for our customers

Your competencies

For this position, we are looking for a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician with a genuine interest in pharmacy and medication use.

• You are service-oriented with a genuine interest in customer interactions and have experience working with advisory sales
• You are solution-oriented, meaning you both see and act on challenges that arise
• You have good collaboration skills that contribute to creating a well-functioning team
• You stay updated on changes in the pharmacy and medication landscape
• You have experience working with thoughtful upselling from a service perspective
