In dental care, you will meet and help people while working with the latest technology. You will perform varied and developing tasks, sometimes independently but also together with colleagues in a team. We have good collaboration between our clinics and work together to contribute to development, accessibility, and a good work environment. We provide modern and health-oriented dental care for both children and adults. Within the base unit, there is also a specialist clinic in orthodontics. The public dental clinics in the Skellefteå region also share responsibility for staffing the Dental Emergency Service located at City Clinic. Work at multiple clinics within the base unit may be relevant.

Folktandvården Västerbotten provides general dental care, specialist dental care in all specialties, and conducts dental technical operations. We also participate in the clinical education of dentists, dental hygienists, dental nurses, and dental technicians. We offer modern and well-equipped clinics and are at the forefront of research and development through our close collaboration with the Department of Odontology at Umeå University. RESPONSIBILITIES

As a dental assistant with us, you provide important service and enable efforts that affect others.

The work is varied and includes, among other things, administrative tasks in various data systems, some assistance, and sterilization work. You will receive an introduction to the operations and tasks, as well as guidance from experienced staff. Depending on the applicant's qualifications, other tasks may also become relevant.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a high school diploma. Previous experience in dental care, healthcare background, reception, or administrative work is an advantage. Good computer skills are desirable.

As a person, you are service-oriented with a good attitude and can work independently, take initiative, and have good collaboration and communication skills. You can organize and structure your work effectively. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
