Description of the operation:

The Health and Medical Care Unit consists of nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. We work with patients aged 18 and older who need health and medical care at the primary care level in their homes, both in special and regular housing.

Your assignment:

Your main tasks consist of independently meeting our patients to assess, plan, execute, and follow up health and medical care interventions. You will have close collaboration with other professionals. Another part of the assignment is to provide support and guidance to other professional groups.

Your skills and experience:

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse/district nurse who has preferably worked previously in municipal health and medical care, but this is not a requirement. You are self-reliant but still enjoy working together with others in collaboration. You are attentive and flexible and want to develop in your professional role. Great emphasis is placed on your personal suitability, flexibility, and ability to collaborate. A driver's license for a car with a manual transmission is required.

Having previously worked in municipal health and medical care is an advantage.
