Description of the operation:

The health and medical care unit consists of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and nurses. We work with patients aged 18 and above who need health and medical care at the primary care level in their homes, both in special and ordinary housing.

Your mission:

The physiotherapist is responsible for assessment, tailored training, advice, testing, and prescribing aids, such as walkers. The training should lead to maintaining, improving, or regaining the physical functions needed in daily life. You will promote a rehabilitative approach that permeates the operation with a strong emphasis on teamwork. Provide instructions to care staff and follow up and guide them in rehabilitative practices. Inform and instruct individuals and their relatives.

Your qualifications and experience:

We are looking for a licensed physiotherapist. A driving license for a car with a manual transmission is required. Previous professional experience in care and geriatric rehabilitation is an advantage, as well as knowledge of transfer techniques.
