Description of the operation:

Lövlunden Hus 2 in Robertsfors Municipality is a nursing home with three departments: Björken, Häggen, and Viden, of which Viden is a dementia department.

We work according to a high standard and focus on the well-being of our staff to ensure the well-being of our residents.

Your mission:

You will work from a rehabilitative perspective, supporting and encouraging the elderly's abilities and carrying out care measures based on decisions made according to SOL and HSL. You will document, plan, follow up, and organize daily work according to Practical Professional Planning. Your working methods should be characterized by competence, participation, and personal responsibility. You will collaborate well with relatives, other resource persons, and workgroups.

At Lövlunden Hus 2, we expect you to be able to work in all departments, but you will be concentrated in one. As a staff member in elderly care, you have a clear mission to support the elderly based on what they can do and how they want to live, according to the national values of elderly care and the municipality's shared values. Our work should be characterized by high quality.

Your competence and experience:

You should have approved grades in the care and nursing program, and we are looking for someone with experience and a genuine interest in elderly care and caregiving. We seek someone with good knowledge of the Swedish language in both oral and written communication, as documentation is required. You should also have good knowledge of care and nursing planning.

We are looking for someone with experience in care work and prefer that you are a trained care assistant.

Lövlunden Hus 2 has a dementia department where we provide a calmer approach and focus on ensuring that our residents feel safe in their care. Experience in dementia care is an advantage.

We prefer candidates with experience working with dementia patients.

We expect you to have full medication delegation and a strong personal social commitment.

Employment
