We are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant; don’t miss the chance to work with this superhero!

You will be working with a charming 11-year-old boy who lives near Överum in the countryside with his family. It is important that you have a genuine interest in the job as a personal assistant and an understanding of what the profession truly entails, with the customer at the center.

Our little superhero needs help with basic needs such as personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and turning during sleep. You will always work with another assistant as he requires active double assistance around the clock!

DO YOU RECOGNIZE YOURSELF?

You are a woman or man aged 25-55.

We prefer that you are smoke-free, ideally completely tobacco-free. You have a B driver's license and access to a car, as public transport is difficult. It is important that you master the Swedish language very well, both spoken and written. Since the family lives on a farm, it is important that you do not have any allergies, as there are pets in the house.

As a person, you are responsible, calm, prioritize your job, and arrive on time. Of course, you can get sick like everyone else, but you cannot be someone who often misses planned work.

WORKING HOURS AND EMPLOYMENT DEGREE:

As needed with the possibility of a permanent position.

Working hours include days, evenings, awake nights, and weekends.

WHAT WE OFFER YOU:

Fixed base salary per hour + additional compensation. Collective agreements are in place.

Employment with fair conditions. Of course, you will receive an introduction and get a feel for the job before you start working.

Being employed at Evanda Assistans AB means security through the collective agreement Almega - Industry G, market-based salary, pension, and insurance coverage. Wellness contributions of up to 3000 SEK.
