About the position

At Olivia, we are looking for someone who wants to work extra as a relief worker/escort for our clients in Linköping.

The working hours vary according to the client's needs. This is a part-time position, and we cannot offer a full-time job.

As a relief worker/escort, you will provide support to the person both at home and in the local area, as well as during various activities that contribute to joyful, rewarding, and developing moments for the person.

As an escort, your aim is to provide individuals with disabilities support to participate in community life, such as visiting friends, engaging in leisure activities, or running errands. The escort is a person who accompanies and supports the individual outside the home to counteract isolation and promote participation and independence.

We try to match interests between you as the applicant and the person's interests/needs. Therefore, we would appreciate it if you could mention any special interests, talents, or skills in your application.

About you

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with people and can analyze the needs of others. Furthermore, you should be attentive, proactive, solution-oriented, and engaged, as great importance is placed on personal suitability.

It is a plus if you have:

• Professional experience as an escort, relief worker, personal assistant, or in healthcare and social services.

• Professional experience or education focused on children, healthcare, and social services, or pedagogy.

• Previous work with LAB (Low Affective Approach).

• Previous experience in managing outwardly aggressive behavior.

Employment degree: 3 positions with varying working hours from 8-30 hours per month.

About the recruitment process
