Actitreat AB is looking for part-time employees for our KuddbyÄng HVB operation. Do you have completed or ongoing education in the field and are you a reliable person with the ability to create and maintain good relationships? Then you are the one we are looking for!

About us

Actitreat AB operates two HVB facilities for girls aged 12–16 years. The residences are located in Vikbolandet outside Norrköping and in Hällestad in Finspång municipality.

What does the work in our operations entail?

Common to the operations, which you can read more about on our website, is that we work from a holistic perspective where each individual's different needs are taken into account. The tasks are varied and can include everything from support and assistance with physical and mental health, summer activities, or accompanying visits to various authorities, healthcare, etc. All work with clients is carried out in close collaboration with caseworkers and other actors who positively influence the client's change process. You will also work with documentation.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who have ongoing or completed education, such as a YH education focused on treatment like social pedagogy or a university degree such as social work or behavioral science. We would like you to have experience working with treatment, support, and motivation for young people. You are a reliable and trustworthy person who can provide people with respectful treatment, create good relationships, and find it easy to collaborate with others. To thrive with us, you should be engaged, persistent, and curious about people's differences and not afraid to meet people in vulnerable situations.

A valid driver's license and access to your own car (to commute to and from work) are required.
